TINA BARNEY
I selected Tina Barney for my famous photographer.
EXPRESSIVE LIGHT
My favorite photo is the 1st photo. The camera was on the right of the studio, the light angle was left above, I used a reflector on the right side from far away. The name of my magazine is “A Day in the Office” and the theme of the magazine is a masquerade in business office. Colin was my model and he was acting as someone working in the office. This picture was my favorite because the shadows in the back were very strong. Also I feel the scene of the picture goes very well with my theme, and the balance of black and white is strong (not to black grey or white). The rule of thirds is also used, and the desk and notebook have leading lines. (I had mcas that is why I have 3 photos)
DOUBLE EXPOSURE
For my double exposure I did pictures of colin with a fire, trees, myself, another picture of colin, and a trash can. The pictures of Colin and I and Colin and himself relate compositionally because in both there is a main round shape (face), in the fire and trees picture it adds a layer of true to colin face. For each image I added a filter over, found in photoshop I also did a lot of cropping and zooming in/out. To create a unified image I used filters, filters helped create a sense of unity by enhancing the colors. All of my photos ave filters. My double exposure is photos of colin combined with other ones that I thought would add a good texture or create a cool picture.
